Adding a waveguide cladding for the waveguide core

Dear Nazca designers and users,

I have a .gds file containing a photonic building block (which is basically two adjacent waveguide cores in the form of polygons) in layer X. I want to enclose the cores with cladding in layer Y, thus the cladding will resemble the core shape but be slightly wider.

Could you please give some advice on how to implement this in Nazca or point to the relevant documentation page?
